2-axis screw compressor flow analysis mesh generator 'SCORG'
SCORG is a measurement software for the design and analysis of screw compressors, expanders, pumps, and motors.
Our strength lies in the ability to generate meshes for various computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. For example, we can integrate with most commercial CFD solvers such as Simerics MP, Ansys CFX, and STAR-CCM+, as well as engineering software. We can create meshes for complex screw compressors without being influenced by the solver. By using SCORG solely for the creation of complex meshes, such as for two-axis screw pumps and compressors, while still utilizing your familiar solver, you can significantly reduce the cumbersome effort involved in analysis. Additionally, you can perform simulations by leveraging existing know-how without having to learn a new solver, which greatly reduces both effort and costs compared to switching solvers. Furthermore, we have a case study on fluid analysis (CFD) of a two-axis screw compressor that we presented at the Japan Society of Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers.
