The "trapezoidal screw/bolt" for concrete ties is manufactured using the "hot-rolled rolling method," which offers superior strength compared to cutting processes. It has already been successfully used in numerous instances in the Shinkansen maintenance and can also be used for securing parts of civil engineering, such as the hanging sections of concrete walls in underground areas.
