The 3D CADCAM system GO2cam for machining mechanical parts creates NC programs for milling, drilling, lathe processing, and wire cut electrical discharge machining from 2D CAD data and solid data, ranging from 2-axis to 5-axis.

○ Water Jet Cutting Processing Water is injected from a small diameter nozzle at ultra-high pressure (245-343 MPa) to utilize the kinetic energy of the high-speed water jet (jet stream) for cutting. The injection speed of the ultra-high pressure water, pressurized by an ultra-high pressure pump, reaches three times the speed of sound (approximately 700-800 m/s), allowing for the cutting of various materials into free shapes, regardless of hardness or size. ○ CAD/CAM SYSTEM We create machining data for jigs and products from raw data.
