The silicon MEMS transmitter can endure over 300 dry heat sterilization cycles (with a lifespan of 15 years). The contamination control design, plasma electrolytic polishing, and integrated punched 304 stainless steel, along with brackets, screws, and a wide-arc steel structure without dead corners, suppress bacterial growth inside the chamber and make cleaning easy.
