What is carbide?

A consistent production system from the preparation of raw powder to the final processing of mold tools! We offer a rich lineup.

"Super hard alloy" refers to a hard alloy made by sintering tungsten carbide (WC) with cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni) as a binder. By adjusting the WC particle size and the amount of binder, it is possible to create various super hard alloys with different hardness and toughness. Fuji Dice has a consistent production system from the preparation of raw powder to the final processing of mold tools, ensuring quality assurance and allowing for reliable adoption. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Super hard alloy material lineup (partial)】 ■J: Suitable for mirror finish without binder ■F: Ultra-fine particles with high strength ■N: Fine particles with strength second to F ■D: Versatile balanced type ■V: Prevents the occurrence of discharge cracks *For more details, please contact us.

Ultimate Invar Alloy "IC-DX"

Zero expansion - does not undergo structural transformation up to -269°C! The Young's modulus is 1.5 times that of commercial products!

"IC-DX" is a low thermal expansion alloy based on Fe-Co-Cr. Since it does not contain Ni, which raises the Ms point, it can achieve both zero thermal expansion and low-temperature structural stability, making it suitable for use in low-temperature environments. This material is being evaluated for use as a pad material for bonding 200mm square fused quartz (aspheric mirrors). Thermal expansion at the operating temperature of 77K (liquid nitrogen) and during alignment adjustments from room temperature to 77K is important. 【Features】 ■ Zero expansion, ultra-low temperature stability, high rigidity, corrosion resistance ■ Coefficient of thermal expansion: 0 ppm/℃ ■ Lower limit temperature for low-temperature use: minus 269℃ ■ Young's modulus: 176 GPa ■ Corrosion resistance equivalent to SUS304 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
