CO2 Reduction: Proposal for Collective Packaging of Automotive Parts Using Reinforced Cardboard

Proposal for all cardboard use with consideration for the environment. Improved work efficiency by eliminating cushioning materials. Capable of stacking 300 kg/pallet in three layers. *Case study available.

We would like to introduce a case where we developed collective packaging for automotive parts using our product "HiPLE-ACE." For the receiving part of the product, we have laminated a total of six sheets of "HiPLE-ACE AA700G" to increase strength. We share the outer box and have achieved compatibility with various types by changing the specifications of the interior materials, and it is also possible to handle it with a forklift. 【Effects of Improvements】 ■ Increased strength ■ Space-saving during storage due to stacking ■ No need for cushioning materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Wood Shock: "Complete Cardboard Conversion Due to Rising Lumber Prices"

Complete cardboard conversion through the removal of wood materials. By reducing the box volume by half, transportation efficiency and workability have significantly improved! *Case study available.

We would like to introduce a case where we developed a roll drive packaging using "HiPLE-ACE," which we handle. Previously, high-pressure hoses were stored stacked vertically, but by wrapping them around a pad, we effectively utilized space. Even high-pressure hoses with strong rebound do not bulge when using the robust "HiPLE-ACE." Additionally, we achieved weight reduction and improved the design to allow three bands to be tightened from all sides as a countermeasure against puncturing, thereby enhancing packaging strength. 【Effects of Improvements】 - Approximately 60% reduction in packaging work hours - Approximately 35% reduction in tare weight - Approximately 10% reduction in packaging material unit cost *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Export Packaging "High Pull Ace" - Excellent Strength of Box Vertical Compression -

Calculate the compressive strength obtained from the nomograph using a safety factor! Introducing the allowable compressive strength for packaging design.

We would like to introduce the box compression strength of our product "HiPLE-ACE." The allowable compression strength for packaging design is calculated using a safety factor applied to the compression strength obtained from the nomograph. The AAA1100 grade has a strength of 27.6 kN (2,812 kgf), the AAA1300 grade has 32.0 kN (3,262 kgf), the AAA1500 grade has 35.3 kN (3,599 kgf), and the AA700 grade has 19.9 kN (2,025 kgf). The box shapes include the accompanying pallet with a double-winged "Style 201 (RSC)," as well as "Style 200 (HSC)" and "Style 310 (DDC)." [NOMOGRAPH] ■ AAA1100 grade: 27.6 kN (2,812 kgf) ■ AAA1300 grade: 32.0 kN (3,262 kgf) ■ AAA1500 grade: 35.3 kN (3,599 kgf) ■ AA700 grade: 19.9 kN (2,025 kgf) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
