We would like to introduce a case study of Company K (Nara Prefecture), which has implemented our "APS Hydraulic Chuck," "APS Standard Jaws," and "Quick Jaws®." The company, which manufactures and sells mold components, faced low productivity due to the high frequency of jaw exchanges and jaw shaping required for diverse, varied, and small-lot repetitive production. To address this, they introduced our products: the "APS Hydraulic Chuck," "APS Standard Jaws," and "Quick Jaws®." By utilizing the jaws on both the left and right sides of a dual-spindle machining center, they reduced the time for jaw exchanges and jaw shaping, thereby extending production time through decreased air blow time for the jaws.
