Glass epoxy (Galaepo) groove cutting processing for transmitter coil bobbins.
Galvanized epoxy coil bobbin can be freely designed for inner diameter and wall thickness using hand lay-up manufacturing method.
This product is a coil bobbin used in antenna transmitters. The spiral grooves for winding are precisely processed after shaping the pipe with glass epoxy (GFRP). A coil bobbin is a circular (or polygonal) tube that holds wire to create coils, made from resin with electrical insulation properties. The thickness of the wire and the number of turns vary depending on the application, but we can accommodate these variations by freely designing the inner diameter and wall thickness using the hand lay-up method. We also handle precision-required processes such as grooving, threading, and drilling of the bobbin. We have extensive experience in custom-made products primarily used in communications, regardless of size or shape, so please feel free to consult us.
