[E-ASPRO Case Study] Confectionery Manufacturing and Sales Company

Introducing a case study of centralized management of "customer," "product," and "inventory" data for road surfaces, department stores, and online shopping!

We would like to introduce a case study of a confectionery manufacturing and sales company (direct stores and mail order business) that has implemented "E-ASPRO." The customer introduced this system with the goals of "standardizing customer master and point data," "centralizing product master and inventory data," and "unifying logistics operations." As a result, they were able to eliminate sales losses, improve customer service, reduce excess inventory, and enhance the efficiency of internal business management. 【Problems and Challenges】 ■ Independent and fragmented system construction for each business division ■ Each department has its own master data, which is not standardized ■ Due to the inability to grasp factory and warehouse inventory, there were issues such as stockouts, over-sales, excess inventory, and sales losses in stores, department stores, and the mail order sales department. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Aikatec Building Materials Co., Ltd.

This is an introduction to a case study of developing 1,700 core systems from scratch using Magic xpa.

The primary goal of Aikatec Building Materials Co., Ltd. was to build a core system based on cost calculations that were previously managed in Excel. Additionally, the core system was developed in two programming languages, and when a malfunction occurred, it took a lot of time to determine which language was causing the issue. As a result, our company adopted scratch development using "Magic xpa." Consequently, we developed a prototype in collaboration with the factory, realizing the system that users requested. After the official launch, there were almost no troubles, and it operated stably. [Objectives] ■ Build a core system based on cost calculations previously managed in Excel ■ Centralize the core system that was developed in two programming languages ■ Improve the response of the web system used by retailers for orders *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[KAIZEN Support Implementation Case] Reconstruction of Core System

A system that matches our business! Introducing examples of core system reconstruction.

We would like to introduce a case where a manufacturing customer implemented "KAIZEN Support" for the reconstruction of their core system. The company had already introduced a business system, but it did not match their current operations, leading to analog responses in actual business activities. By implementing the system, they were able to redefine their business flow and clarify "when, who, and what to do," resulting in a significant improvement in operational efficiency. 【Proposal Details (Partial)】 ■ Developed an aggregation function to allow management to view business metrics in real-time ■ Integrated all orders from Excel, paper, and phone into the system for centralized management ■ Checked inventory levels in the system at the time of order and communicated real-time shortages to the manufacturing department, resolving inventory shortage issues ■ Clarified the shipping schedule for the day to prevent shipping errors *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[E-ASPRO Case Study] Furniture and Interior Shop

Achieve operational efficiency by centrally managing direct stores and online sales! Seamlessly integrate with other companies' systems.

We would like to introduce a case study of a furniture and interior shop (directly operated stores and mail-order business) that has implemented "E-ASPRO." The customer introduced this system with the goals of "standardizing customer master and point data," "integrating product master and inventory data," and "unifying logistics operations." In addition to eliminating sales losses and enabling effective promotions, sales have increased, and operational efficiency has also been achieved. 【Problems and Challenges】 ■ Independent and fragmented system construction for each business division ■ Each business and department has its own master data, which is not standardized ■ Due to the inability to grasp available inventory for sale, there were out-of-stock situations and lost sales opportunities in both the store and mail-order sales departments *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
