About 50% of the work we undertake involves the processing of press molds and related parts for automotive and construction machinery components. Recently, labor shortages and long working hours in the manufacturing industry have become social issues, making it necessary to promote mechanization of operations and improve production efficiency. To enhance productivity in wire electrical discharge machining and respond to ultra-short delivery times, we have addressed two challenges. Streamlining the removal process of cores (scrap) → We aim to improve the core removal process to carry out the entire series of operations without delays.
