【Product Overview】 This is a semi-metal gasket that can continuously stop leaks by adhering soft sealing material to both sides after processing metal into a special structure (with a cross-sectional shape resembling fish bones) using CNC and special processing, allowing it to follow flange behavior due to temperature changes. 【Features】 It is an effective semi-metal gasket for long-term sealing in places where initial gasket surface pressure decreases over time, where there are differences in thermal temperature distribution at the flange of heat exchangers, and in large-diameter flanges without inner and outer rings that have issues with spiral gaskets. 【Case Studies】 Since 2014, it has been used globally as a gasket for flanges in shell-and-tube heat exchangers in oil refining and chemical plants, high-temperature high-pressure steam flanges in biomass boilers, black liquor flanges and heaters around digester tanks in paper mills, general factory steam flanges, and thermal oil flanges, contributing significantly to reducing maintenance costs, fluid leaks, and protecting the global environment. It is also used in compressed air flanges widely used in automobile factories, contributing to the reduction of compressed air leaks.
