It is a self-sufficient volumetric change type pump driven by compressed air from a compressor. It is designed for safety, allowing use in explosion-proof facilities, powered by compressed air.
Air-driven diaphragm pumps are self-priming, volumetric change type pumps powered by compressed air from a compressor. They are suitable for transferring all types of liquids, including emulsions, slurries, high-viscosity liquids, and explosive chemicals.
Applications:
Designed for safety, they can be used in explosion-proof facilities, powered by compressed air. They operate at a pressure of 0.2 to 0.7 MPa and can be used with flammable chemicals such as solvents. They are capable of transferring corrosive liquids and are ideal for various liquid transfers of acidic and strongly alkaline chemicals (please select materials with chemical resistance suitable for the fluid being used). Maintenance is easy, with no mechanical seals to worry about, eliminating concerns about liquid leakage. The simple structure allows for easy disassembly and maintenance. As a self-priming pump, it requires no priming water. It has self-priming capability (approximately -5m for water) and can handle air mixing and dry running. Flow rate adjustment is easy and can be regulated by opening and closing piping valves or adjusting the supply air pressure. Even in the event of a closed valve operation, the pump will not be damaged.
Compatible liquids: emulsions, slurries, high-viscosity liquids, explosive chemicals, etc.
Compatible liquid temperature: 0°C to 60°C.
