This is a high-concentration dust meter. It is equipped with a sheath air mechanism and a suction pump, allowing for stable measurements even in high-concentration environments.

■ The adoption of a large filter allows for long-term use even in high concentration measurements. The degree of dirt on the filter can be easily seen from the outside. ■ Measurement values (CPM) can be converted and displayed as mass concentration (mg/m³). ■ Measurement values (CPM) can be recorded in the main unit (in logging measurement mode). ■ Recorded measurement values can be imported and saved in text format on a PC using the included S-USB cable and communication software.

The "LD-5 type" is a relative concentration meter that uses a light scattering method to guide suspended particulate matter into the device for measurement, utilizing a built-in pump to maintain a constant suction flow rate. Compared to the filtration collection method, the light scattering relative concentration meter allows for measurements to be taken in a short time. It also has advantages such as the ability to detect sudden changes in concentration. ■ Easy-to-read LCD display with backlight. ■ Comes standard with a soft communication cable. ■ Logging measurement recording cycle can be set from 1 second to 99 minutes and 59 seconds. ■ By pre-entering the mass concentration conversion coefficient (K value), measurement values (CPM) can be converted and displayed as mass concentration (mg/m³). ■ The scattering plate value and background value (BG) are retained even when the power is turned off.
