The superheated steam oven 'DFC-800-2R' achieves superheated steam at a maximum temperature of 400°C through atmospheric pressure heating.
The "latent heat" of superheated steam quickly and evenly cooks food with abundant heat, trapping umami and moisture to maintain a juicy texture. A door is installed at the top of the cooking chamber (front wing hatch type), simplifying daily cleaning and maintenance processes, thereby reducing time and costs.
Superheated steam can be used not only for cooking but also for sterilization, drying, deodorizing, roasting, and oil extraction, among various other applications.
