Using a hopper that the customer had (not an actual machine), we conducted tests with our loaned equipment, and after subsequent discussions, they adopted our BroaDisk. The results are very good! I would like to introduce a case where a total of 3 items were adopted.

The customer contacted us requesting to borrow a "Broady Disk Mini" because the crushed material was getting stuck in the hopper. Since the hopper in question was a small rectangular hopper, we prepared and sent four units of the Broady Disk Mini "BD-08S type" for the customer to try out. There was a viewing window on one side of the hopper, so after installing one Broady Disk Mini on each of the two opposing sides of the remaining three sides and testing it, it was concluded that while there was an effect, it would be even better to install one on the last side as well. Since it was mentioned that the incineration ash had a high moisture content, we provided a proposal for installation considering this.
