Electropolishing process

Since it is a method of polishing without applying physical force, it does not stress the surface of the product!

At I-TEC Co., Ltd., we perform "electropolishing" by immersing the product and a negative electrode in an electrolytic solution with oxidizing agents such as phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, and passing direct current through the product as the anode, which causes the surface of the product to dissolve and be polished. Compared to areas with a thick electrolytic layer (the recessed parts of the product), areas with a thin layer (the protruding parts of the product) have lower electrical resistance and dissolve first, resulting in a smoother surface.
