We would like to introduce a case study using the environmental sensor "ParaRecolectar" to investigate defects in powder coating. In the painting process, there were quality issues due to the formation of clumps in the powder coating, and the cause could not be identified, leaving it unaddressed. As a result of the implementation, we were able to identify the factors causing the defects through data acquisition with the sensor, allowing us to smoothly derive countermeasures.
