Introducing examples of processing gaskets, packing, and industrial products! We process them using various machines, including water jets (high-pressure processing machines)!

Our company has been processing and selling gaskets, packing, and industrial products for over 45 years. We utilize various processing machines, including one of Japan's largest water jets (high-pressure cutting machines), plotters, and press processing, to propose products to our customers. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries regarding processing. We performed adhesive processing on NBR rubber with a diameter of 2325mm. While 2325mm is a large diameter, we can perform segmented processing with the water jet, allowing for production without any deviation in hole pitch. This time, we processed it into four segments, but we can accommodate the desired number of segments as well.

[Plotter Processing Example] Ring-Shaped Gasket

A case study of a gasket made by combining inorganic filler (silica) with Balfron (PTFE)!

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured 30 ring-shaped gaskets from Vulkaron gasket "Vulkare No. 7020" (thickness 2mm) based on the customer's specifications, with an outer diameter of φ90mm and an inner diameter of φ70mm. Using our plotter processing machine (with router function), we processed the gaskets directly and precisely from CAD data.
