Boron-free: This product uses a fluororesin filter material with very few impurities, resulting in extremely low generation of impurities such as boron, which can be problematic in semiconductor manufacturing processes. 3. Acid resistance: By using chemically stable fluororesin filter materials, we can accommodate the use in acidic environments through options for materials such as frames.
