3He gas handling system

Gas handling system suitable for a sealed 3He cryostat.

We handle a "3He Gas Handling System" that traps valuable 3He gas in a sealed pump into a buffer tank. By reducing the pressure of liquid 4He, we create low temperatures of 1 to 1.5 K and liquefy 3He gas through thermal contact.
