Based on a methyl siloxane ceramic paint generated using the Zolger reaction, we have finally succeeded in developing a special hybrid coating agent that can withstand high temperatures of 300°C and above, which was previously impossible with existing chemical technologies. This coating maintains its gloss and luster permanently and continuously, even on various metals exposed to such high temperatures. Custom exhaust systems with a deep luster and glossy finish, eagerly awaited by custom enthusiasts around the world, can now be realized for both motorcycles and cars!
The coating consists of two layers: a heat-resistant primer color (black/white) and a heat-resistant top clear coat (clear/pearl clear). After applying each layer to the target object, a curing process is performed at a temperature of 180-190°C for complete hardening.
It has a hardness of 8-9H, excellent abrasion resistance, and deformation-following properties.
