High-performance polymer thin-film capacitive sensor with excellent long-term stability.
In 1973, Vaisala developed the polymer thin-film capacitive humidity sensor HUMICAP. Since then, Vaisala has grown into a leading manufacturer in the relative humidity measurement market, and the polymer thin-film capacitive humidity sensor has evolved from a new technology of a single company to the global standard in the industry.
Hydrogen peroxide vapor, relative humidity saturation level, for relative humidity measurement.
The PEROXCAP measurement uses two Vaisala HUMICAP sensors. One has a catalytic layer, and the other does not. HUMICAP is a polymer film capacitive sensor that has a polymer thin film sandwiched between two electrodes on an alumina substrate. In the PEROXCAP measurement, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor is indicated by the difference in the measurement values of the two sensors.

By mapping the temperature, it is possible to evaluate the temporal and spatial characteristics of the temperature within the warehouse.
We would like to introduce our "Temperature Mapping Service" in compliance with GMP/GDP. In the storage of pharmaceuticals, temperature mapping is necessary to measure the temperature distribution indoors for compliance with GMP and warehouse validation. Even after the establishment of a new warehouse, regular mapping is required to confirm the validity of the existing sensor positions. Our company provides this service to support our customers in their audit responses and also offers various systems for continuous monitoring. [Purpose] ■ Understanding of worst points (highest and lowest temperatures) - Reference for the installation positions of sensors for continuous monitoring - Judgment and evaluation against management values for each room and warehouse ■ Operational qualification (OQ) assessment for validation of new warehouses ■ Performance qualification (PQ) assessment for existing pharmaceutical warehouses and cold storage *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Quantify the relative strength of odors compared to clean air.
The O M X series is a simple monitor designed to quantify the relative strength of odors compared to clean air, allowing you to observe changes in smell. When objectively evaluating "odors," it is necessary to express the invisible "smell" in numerical terms, especially for countermeasures against unpleasant odors or the design of fragrances. The O M X-S R M digitally displays the intensity of "odors" and identifies their types. With the ability to switch measurement ranges, it can handle concentrations from low to high with a single unit. 【New Features】 - Further increased odor sensitivity compared to the previous O M X-S R. - In addition to the digital display of odor intensity, a calendar function has been added. - A longer-lasting built-in pump has been adopted, reducing pump noise. - The dedicated software now includes an automatic graphing function and supports PC communication via USB. - New specialized models O M X-A D M/O M X-T D M have been introduced for specific odor groups. - O M X-A D M: Hydrogen sulfide / Methyl mercaptan / Ammonia - O M X-T D M: Toluene / TVOC
Online oil saturation moisture sensor for mineral oil and ester oil
The contamination of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil with moisture can cause significant operational issues when the concentration is high, and it is the leading cause of failures. Performance and Function To measure the relative humidity of oil, it directly displays the saturation level of moisture in the oil. • 0%: Completely dry oil. • 100%: The oil is fully saturated with water. Any additional water will not dissolve and will become free water, beginning to emulsify. Mineral oils have low water absorption, indicating that 500 ppm is close to the saturation limit, increasing the likelihood of free water. In contrast, ester oils have a relatively high water absorption rate, showing approximately 15% saturation at 500 ppm. Relative humidity must also consider temperature characteristics. Warm oil can dissolve more water than cold oil. Therefore, even relatively dry oil at high temperatures can suddenly produce free water when the oil temperature drops. By detecting the saturation moisture content of oil, regardless of the type or temperature of the oil, we can contribute to the preservation of the system environment.
