The "Dry Pro" electronic dehumidifying and air blowing unit for underfloor use is a product designed for moisture control and condensation prevention in foundation insulation methods without ventilation openings or sealed underfloors. It is a compact dehumidifier that can be easily installed and constructed with just a 22mm hole.
The dehumidification operation can be switched between "normal (strong)" and "weak," with electricity costs of approximately 1,720 yen per month for normal operation and about 1,040 yen for weak operation. *Based on 8 hours of operation per day for 30 days, with the blower and dehumidifier running, and 1 kWh = 27 yen.
On humid days during the rainy season or summer, it has a dehumidifying capacity of about 400 to 600cc per day, effectively eliminating moisture and condensation, and is useful for preventing mold, pests, and decay fungi in wooden parts under the floor.
