SPD method

Compatible with various ground conditions! Achieves simplification and can be deployed with construction methods suitable for factory sites.

The "SPD Method" is a construction method designed to be effective against surface collapse, characterized by excellent workability, economic efficiency, and a goal of short-term construction. The hydraulic hammer operates by using its own weight to drive steel pipes, with a hammer load of only 23 kg. Even when combined with the weight of a 4.0 m steel pipe, the total is around 53 kg, resulting in relatively low vibrations during installation, which helps to minimize loosening of the slope caused by vibrations. Additionally, since the steel pipes being installed are treated as restraining elements and no tensile force is expected, pressure plates are not used. This allows for the option to embed the pipe heads underground or cut off protruding piles at the surface, leaving no structures above ground. **Features** - Lightweight and minimal equipment, making transportation easy - Relatively low vibrations - No structures left on the surface - Effective method for addressing surface collapse - Excellent workability *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

[Construction Case] Sagamihara City, Midori Ward, T Column New Construction and Renovation Work

A total of 290 construction locations with an excavation length of approximately 10m! An example of columnar improvement work using the T-column method.

We would like to introduce a case study of the ground improvement work conducted by our company. In a vast area in Tsukui, Sagamihara City, we performed columnar improvement work using our original deep mixing method and T-column method. Due to the construction involving 290 locations and an excavation depth of approximately 10 meters, we installed a 30-ton silo and plant for the solidifying agent. The solidifying agent was delivered daily, and the work was successfully completed. 【Case Overview】 ■ Project Name: T-Column New Construction and Renovation Work in Midori Ward, Sagamihara City ■ Construction Date: March 16, 2020 ■ Location: Chigira, Midori Ward, Sagamihara City *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Example] Atsugi City Surface Improvement Using Mixing Bucket

Introducing a case of surface improvement related to new construction work conducted in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture!

We would like to introduce a case study of ground improvement work carried out by our company. In Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, we performed surface improvement work associated with the new construction of the Atsugi Fire Station South Mouri Branch. A mixing bucket was attached to a 0.7 backhoe, and we mixed 162 tons of solidifying material for an area of 893 m². 【Case Overview】 ■ Project Name: Surface Improvement in Atsugi City Using a Mixing Bucket ■ Construction Date: October 14, 2020 ■ Location: Nagase, Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

4,171 successful hires! Ground improvement methods that protect land value.

No artificial materials left underground! Achieve improved strength, liquefaction countermeasures, and asset value protection with ground improvement using natural stones!

The "Eco-Geo Method" is a ground improvement technology that uses only crushed natural stone, without the use of cement or steel pipes. To ensure consistently stable quality and strength, it features the use of a uniquely developed EG casing (a cylindrical device) that is not used in other crushed stone methods. 1. Contributes to the preservation of the global environment 2. Protects land value 3. Strength does not degrade 4. Measures against liquefaction during earthquakes 5. Two types available: with and without soil removal 【Achievements and Adoption Numbers (as of March 2024)】 ■ Construction agencies: 58 locations ■ Housing companies that have adopted it: 4,171 companies ■ Total number of constructions: 34,449 cases *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Contributing to a clean site: Zero waste and zero leftover soil ground improvement method.

Introduction to the Eco-GEO Method (Standard Type) and Eco-GEO ZERO Method (No Soil Disposal Type)!

We would like to introduce our residential crushed stone ground improvement work, "Eco-GEO Method." With the Eco-GEO Method (standard type), no waste (such as empty cement bags or cut steel pipes) is generated during construction, and no artificial materials are left underground. Furthermore, with the Eco-GEO ZERO Method (no soil disposal type), no surplus soil is generated during excavation, allowing us to achieve zero "waste and surplus soil" from construction through to the future. 【Methods】 ■ Eco-GEO Method (standard type) ■ Eco-GEO ZERO Method (no soil disposal type) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Cost reduction: Ground improvement method with a shorter design length than conventional method support piles.

The design length is shorter than that of general solid piles! Compared to other methods, it may also reduce the overall construction cost.

The Eco-GEO method is a replacement method rather than a support pile method. The weight supported by the "crushed stone reinforcement body" is dispersed underground, so it does not require a solid foundation at the tip, and in many cases, the design length is shorter than that of conventional solid piles. Therefore, depending on the ground conditions, it may be possible to reduce the overall construction cost compared to other methods. 【Features】 ■ Supports the weight of the building with both the "crushed stone reinforcement body" and the "original ground" ■ Does not require a solid foundation at the tip ■ In many cases, the design length is shorter than that of conventional solid piles ■ Depending on the ground conditions, it may be possible to reduce the overall construction cost compared to other methods *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Ground improvement method that can reduce the burden on site managers and contribute to shortening construction periods.

Quality control is completed simultaneously with the completion of construction! There is no need to wait for the confirmation of the strength of the test pieces.

We would like to introduce our residential crushed stone ground improvement work, "Eco Geo Method." Since there is no need for a curing period, the construction time can be shortened. No water is used in the construction. Because the material is crushed stone, there is no need for level management of the pile heads. Additionally, there is no worry about damaging the pile heads during foundation excavation. 【Features】 ■ No curing period required ■ Construction possible without water ■ No post-testing (test pieces) required ■ No level management of pile heads needed *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
