Introducing a product design case of Gentos' "Industrial Helmet"!
This is an industrial helmet that can accommodate equipment such as headlights. In the conventional method of securing the light with a belt that wraps around the helmet, the band could slide upward and fall off. Therefore, we have designed a structure where a band equipped with a clip can be inserted and fixed into a hole provided in the helmet, allowing for easy attachment and detachment while absorbing shocks to prevent it from coming off unexpectedly.
Considering the current trend towards cleaner work environments from the perspective of quality control and safety measures, we aimed for a noiseless and clean design.
