Insert nut / Outsart nut (post-molding press-fit / expansion type)
It is an insert nut (outsert nut) of an expandable type that does not use a heat source after molding.
No heat source is used when pressing in after work molding. The product is fixed by pushing down the expansion plate inside the insert nut with a dedicated tool, causing it to be secured by the product expanding within the pilot hole. Please leave everything to us from the stage of visualizing the meeting content, such as images and requests, into drawings. We will consider all types of materials, including brass, stainless steel, aluminum, and iron. Stainless steel can also be manufactured using SUS304. We also accept inquiries regarding resin coating during simultaneous molding.
