Strong stainless steel flexible tube with a bite fit.
Compared to casing tubes, it has a strong interlocking mechanism, making it resistant to lateral pressure, twisting, and pulling (under normal use, the interlocking will not disengage). It is highly flexible and withstands repeated bending well. Since it does not stretch, it is also suitable for protecting optical fibers.
By adjusting the bite alignment, it has become possible to increase the bending radius during production!
The "SABR type" is a semi-intertube with a large bending radius. While retaining the characteristics of a semi-intertube, such as flexibility and strong engagement (side pressure, torsional strength, tensile strength), it allows for arbitrary setting of the bending radius, making it suitable for protecting laser fibers and similar applications.
