Used in the process of dissolving solid materials and mixing them with powder materials! The tank bottom valve is disassemblable for cleaning.

We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "plate-type jacket container" and delivered it to a food manufacturer. After adding solid materials and dissolving them with the heat from the jacket, powdered materials are added and mixed. The mixed and dissolved materials are discharged from the tank bottom valve attached to the bottom of the container. Additionally, the stirrer is mounted on a movable stirrer lifter so that it can be used with multiple containers, and the lifting of the lifter is driven by a hydraulic system operated by a foot pedal lever. 【Features】 ■ Solid materials are added and dissolved with the heat from the jacket, followed by the addition and mixing of powdered materials. ■ The mixed and dissolved materials are discharged from the tank bottom valve attached to the bottom of the container. ■ The tank bottom valve is a sanitary type diaphragm valve that can be disassembled for cleaning. ■ Mounted on a movable stirrer lifter for use with multiple containers. ■ The stirrer is equipped with an inverter to allow for changes in rotation speed depending on the materials used. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Other cases can be viewed from the "PDF Download" section.
