Silicon 50° small lot water jet processed products
We have sheets of silicone at 50° in stock, so we can accommodate small lots. For small lots, water jet processing that does not require a mold is effective.
This is a silicone rubber sheet cut with a water jet cutter. It accurately reproduces the shape of the drawing. Silicone rubber is particularly excellent in cold and heat resistance, with very little change in properties over a range of -60° to 250°. It complies with food sanitation laws, so it is used in food machinery and medical devices.
