This is a custom keyboard made by molding from the frame to the keytops, tailored to meet specific needs.
A fully customized keyboard requires initial costs to create the mold, but for mass-produced items, the unit price becomes more affordable. Additionally, keycaps can be compatible with our standard products.
The metal frame keyboard incorporates our company's proprietary single key case into NC processed sheet metal.
Metal frame keyboards do not require molded parts, making the initial costs lower. Please use them for small lot products. Key types can be used interchangeably between standard (spring) and dustproof rubber.
The keytop emits light by being illuminated by an LED from below the key.
By illuminating from below the key with an LED, the keytop emits light. We offer custom design and manufacturing of illuminated (glowing) keyboards according to your desired color and brightness.
By using click rubber for the vertical movement of the key top, it is possible to provide a clicking sensation for the key while also protecting the sliding parts from external dust.
The key may become stiff and have poor return action. This is caused by fine sand and dust getting into the sliding parts of the key and wearing down the resin.
