Surface treatment: Hi-Pla Coat (Lead-free)
Hype Lacquer is a high corrosion-resistant cationic electrodeposition coating.
Conventional cation electrodeposition coatings had advantages such as corrosion resistance, impact resistance, low cost, uniform film, and high adhesion; however, the film was soft, and it could peel off due to scratches, leading to corrosion of the base material. High Placoat has significantly improved this. In standard cation electrodeposition coatings, it is common to apply a zinc phosphate treatment for the substrate pretreatment, but with High Placoat, by applying nickel plating for the substrate pretreatment, it has become possible to form a very strong and highly adhesive coating.
