Here is a case where we proposed the "Nord-Lock Washer" to a food processing manufacturer. In the final stage of packing the manufactured liquid, screws used in the equipment line fell off and were shipped without anyone noticing, resulting in contamination of the product. After our proposal, there have been no signs of screw detachment, and the emergency inspection work has been eliminated, leading to a reduction in the burden on the workers.
