Manufacture plastic injection molding molds for polyamide (PA) resin products.

- Key points in dealing with OEM-type projects and custom-made mold projects. - To initiate our mold engineering work, we require 3D drawings provided by the customer. If the customer has 3D drawings but does not have samples on hand, we can also start our work using our reverse engineering technology to create samples. - To create molds with sufficient hardness, we import steel from sources such as Germany, Sweden, and Japan, using P20 (= 1.2311), H13 (= 1.2344), Starvax 420 (= stainless steel), and BUDERUS, Assab, AISI & JIS, including pre-hardened steel and fully hardened steel. - After the mold is completed and before shipment, we provide mold testing services. Mold trial reports and samples from mold trials are provided to the customer for final checks. - We excel in the design of interchangeable core molds. Either mold core can be exchanged to manufacture other parts.
