We received an inquiry from a waste disposal company in Oita Prefecture regarding the recovery of oil flowing into a newly established treatment plant's drainage pit. We received an inquiry from a certain heavy industry company in the Kansai region regarding the possibility of recovering floating oil in a narrow drainage pit with strong water flow. First, we lent them a demo unit of the H-FR type for evaluation. The on-site demonstration successfully recovered the oil without any issues and received positive feedback; however, there was one challenge. Due to the strong and narrow water flow in the pit, the recovery pump skimmer was hitting the inner walls of the pit, and they requested a solution to prevent this.
