"Falcon Trace" is a device that quantitatively measures the trace amounts of water molecules contained in industrial gases and natural gas using a ball SAW sensor. The extremely thin film of about 10nm on the surface of the ball SAW sensor captures water molecules, and since the spatial volume of the sensor cell is approximately 1ml, the response speed is extremely fast, allowing for monitoring changes in water content on a second-by-second basis. ■Features This is a temperature and humidity transmitter equipped with a data logger function. In addition to analog output of current or voltage, it also offers RS232C/RS485 serial communication capabilities (available on all models) and control ON/OFF output (only for models ending in -R). A major feature is the compatibility of the probes, allowing users to replace the probes with spare ones without interrupting the process for long periods if a probe replacement is necessary. The temperature and humidity probes are common to both series and consist of three types: a rear probe (S.TO) directly connected to the main housing, a downward probe (S.TV), and a separated probe (S.TC) that connects to the main housing via cables (2m/5m/10m). The rear probe (S.TO) and downward probe (S.TV) are made of stainless steel AISI304, while the separated probe (S.TC) is made of AISI304 or 'POCAN' (plastic). The temperature and humidity probes are calibrated before shipment, so no adjustment is needed before use. The probes are equipped with a SICRAM2 module, which stores the calibration data for each probe and enables probe compatibility.
