1) Easy to handle Unlike the Karl Fischer method, no special techniques or reagents are required. With the handheld type, you can measure simply by inserting the probe into the oil (it responds in 5 to 10 minutes). With the continuous measurement type, by placing the probe in the oil flow path, you can continuously monitor moisture changes, which can be used for diagnosing oil contamination and degradation, ensuring you don't miss the timing for oil replacement. 2) Quantitative evaluation of various oils is possible When displaying in ppm conversion, we conduct analysis using the Karl Fischer method and set a conversion coefficient suitable for that oil. Therefore, even with ppm measurements, you can measure various oils while maintaining measurement accuracy equivalent to the Karl Fischer method. 3) Easy maintenance Customers can clean the sensor part themselves. We also provide a simple calibration kit, allowing customers to perform basic calibration on their own. Principle of Galvanic Battery Type/Zirconia Type Oxygen Concentration Meter

At Tekune Measurement, we handle two types of oxygen concentration meters based on the principles of galvanic cell and zirconia methods. 〇 Galvanic Cell Type The lead anode facilitates the reduction reaction at the cathode by undergoing an oxidation reaction. It behaves as if combustion is occurring at the anode due to oxygen, generating current, which is why it is also referred to as a fuel cell type. PPM models: 2010BX, 2001RS, 2001LC, 1000RS % models: 210BX, Oxtron, 201RS, 1100BE, 201LC 〇 Zirconia Type It compares unknown process gases using known reference gases and the Nernst equation. The electromotive force of the sensor is measured to determine the oxygen concentration. Around us, we supply the highest quality steel in the world, including ordinary steel, special steel, ultra-high tensile steel plates, and electrical steel plates, to industrial machinery and automobiles, which are essential for a carbon-neutral society. We aim for "green steel," targeting decarbonized steelmaking by utilizing CCUS (carbon capture, utilization, and storage). As part of this effort, the development of steelmaking technologies using hydrogen is underway. One example is hydrogen reduction technology, which synthesizes methane from carbon dioxide and hydrogen emitted from the reduction furnace (methanation) and uses it as a reducing agent to remove oxygen from iron ore (Fe2O3) used in blast furnaces. By reducing low-grade iron ore solely with hydrogen instead of coal, we can minimize carbon dioxide emissions during steel production. In addition to hydrogen-based developments, efforts are also being made to produce steel products by rapidly melting direct reduced iron and scrap in electric furnaces.
