[Development Case] AGV-Equipped Elevator Relay System

Support for system implementation! It is possible to integrate the new AGV transport system with existing auxiliary elevators.

We will introduce a case study on the development of a system that relays control communication between existing auxiliary elevators and a new AGV transport system during the introduction of a new AGV package into an old-style AGV transport system. The relay panel's PLC receives AGV position information via serial communication from the management PC of the AGV transport system, adjusts the timing, and outputs control signals to the auxiliary elevators. Information collection system integration PLC ladder development (Information processing + Control)

This is a proposal for "logging processing" that maximizes the robustness and real-time capabilities of the PLC while also considering the implementation on the PC side.

This is the implementation of "event logging" for PLCs, which has a proven track record in our "Smart Factory App," "IoT System," and "Timer Operation Time Monitoring System." Unlike the logging functions of PLCs, this method records events in synchronization with control, enabling efficient system integration. To synchronize with control, it is implemented using ladder logic, but with a processing capability equivalent to MELSEC Q03UDVCPU, it is possible to record over 100 control events per second internally in the PLC without significantly affecting normal control, and to collaborate with a PC.
