This is an introduction to a case we proposed to a customer who was unable to achieve their cost reduction goals.

A certain customer was using wooden boxes for export packaging and was unable to achieve their target cost reduction. Therefore, we created samples of packaging materials tailored to the customer's needs, conducted packaging tests, and also carried out transportation tests. The results of the tests showed no issues, and the customer successfully adopted our solution.
