Structure, principles, and calibration of introductory particle counters.

A particle counter that plays an active role in measuring cleanliness in clean rooms and general environments, as well as in trend monitoring! We will introduce its principles, including a comparison with photometers.

This document introduces the structure, principles, and calibration of particle counters as an introductory guide. A "particle counter for airborne particles" is a device used to measure the number of suspended particles, particle size, and particle size distribution in clean rooms, indoors, and outdoors. It quantitatively aspirates sample air, introduces it into the laser irradiation area, and detects the scattered light from each irradiated particle. From the intensity of the light scattering response, the particle size is determined, and the number of particles in the sample air per unit time and unit volume, as well as the particle size distribution, is displayed. We have included "conceptual diagrams of particle sensor structures" and "dispersal performance of particle sensors," so please take a look at them by downloading the PDF. [Contents] ■ What is an airborne particle counter? ■ About handheld particle counters ■ Conceptual diagrams of particle sensor structures ■ Setting and calibration of particle size thresholds for particle counters ■ Dispersal performance of particle sensors *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High Concentration Particle Counter '7301-LF/7501-LF'

10 hours of continuous operation on battery! Responding to requests to see both clean rooms and high-concentration environments with one device.

The model has been changed: 7301-LF to 7300, and 7501 to 7500. The 7300/75000 is a particle counter that can be set up on-site on a table or camera stand, allowing for standalone operation of the main unit, remote operation from a computer, and multi-point monitoring. It is a cleanroom-compatible particle counter that also supports ultra-high concentration particle measurement. It simultaneously measures temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure, and can convert from particle number concentration to mass concentration. The real-time meter can graph the trend of detected particle counts every second directly on the main unit's display. The pump is a newly developed dedicated pump that achieves long life and quiet operation. Additionally, due to its high concentration capability, the sensor may become dirty. For such cases, having a calibrated spare sensor ready allows for sensor replacement on-site, and the dirty sensor can be cleaned by our company. ■ Ultra-high concentration capability = maximum measurable concentration of 2,500 particles/cc (70,800,000/CF) ■ Flow rate 1.2 L/min. ■ Calibrated spare sensor system ■ 10-hour battery operation and long-life pump *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
