We would like to introduce a case we proposed. The molds for rubber parts that have been in use for over a decade had deteriorated, leading to a high defect rate and poor yield. There was an urgent need to improve these molds. Therefore, we proposed mold modifications along with changes in the number of parts taken, resulting in improved quality and reduced costs.
