It incorporates the hand-frying process directly, adopting a complete floating frying method where the dough flips with each forward movement of the frame. The oil in the low-temperature tank and the high-temperature tank is completely separated, creating a perfect temperature difference. It uses less oil than conventional fryers and also reduces fuel consumption.
