We would like to introduce a case study of the cloud-based planning board "Freely," recommended for manufacturers engaged in small-lot production of various products, implemented in a bending processing company. The company was using paper-based production planning sheets, which led to wasted transcription work and missed sharing of change information. After implementation, the file import/export function reduced the transcription time from 45 minutes to 0 minutes, eliminated human errors caused by transcription, and ensured that accurate information was communicated to all parties.
