[Case Study] Metal Processing Site for Parts
On-site information is displayed on the production progress monitor via "adFactory"!
We would like to introduce a case where "adFactory" was implemented at the metal processing site for parts where manual and machine work is performed at FUJI Corporation's Toyota Plant. The production schedule information created by the production scheduler is incorporated into our product and displayed on the operator terminals, allowing operators to carry out their tasks according to the displayed information. The executed work information and processed equipment information are registered to the upper-level work management system through our product. 【Implementation Effects】 ■ On-site progress confirmation man-hours: 40 hours/year → 0 hours/year ■ Manual work actual input man-hours: -66% ■ Machine work actual input man-hours: -100% ■ Clarification of work content and sequence ■ Reduction of actual input man-hours allows for the execution of other tasks *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
