[Illustrated] Encyclopedia of How to Make Rubber ★ Free Rubber Reference Materials Available ★

I don't really understand rubber... Is making rubber the same as making bread!? Starting today, you too can be a "rubber-making master." A comprehensive guide to making rubber is now available.

"Rubber has good grip and elasticity, which is great, but compared to a similar material like 'resin,' it's a bit more expensive..." That's because there is a significant difference in the "method of production." Making rubber, in a nutshell, is similar to "making bread"! Resin is a "thermoplastic" that hardens when cooled, allowing for quick molding, but rubber is a "thermosetting" material that, like bread, requires baking, which takes more effort. Just like with bread, there are many similarities, such as kneading and aging... Additionally, one of the characteristics of rubber is that you can design the formulation according to the desired properties and freely manipulate the final outcome of the rubber. Currently, our company is offering a free resource that explains rubber production by comparing it to bread making, titled "The Great Encyclopedia of Rubber Making." We support your manufacturing endeavors! ★ You can download "The Great Encyclopedia of Rubber Making" from the link below. Understand how to make rubber and apply it to your everyday manufacturing!

Can rubber be prototyped? What are the costs? What is the delivery time? Don't give up on rubber prototyping! A complete explanation of rubber product prototyping methods! Helpful materials on rubber are available!

"We are developing a new product, and we absolutely need rubber parts." "Can you prototype rubber parts?" Of course! But what about the cost? What about the delivery time? What about the quality? There are various questions. There are two main methods for prototyping rubber products: 1. Molding prototypes using molds 2. Prototyping through machining Each prototyping method has different characteristics, cost considerations, and timelines depending on the purpose and development phase. Currently, our company is offering a free resource that visualizes the appropriate prototyping methods for rubber products titled "Complete Guide to Prototyping Rubber Products." We can suggest prototyping methods that suit your needs. In this helpful resource, we introduce a decision flow for prototyping methods tailored to specific purposes and situations, and we provide a comprehensive explanation of each prototyping method. ★ You can download "Complete Guide to Prototyping Rubber Products" from the link below. We hope it will be useful for your everyday manufacturing.

I want to eliminate the strange patterns that appeared on the surface of rubber products. This will contribute to improving yield!

Is rubber weak against the summer heat? Reviewing material composition helps eliminate scorching (material burning) and contributes to improved yield!

■Specific Concerns "There are strange patterns all over the product surface... there are no issues with the mold." "The defect rate has increased, and I want to improve the yield." ■Solution Review the material formulation to prevent material scorching. ■Effect Elimination of scorch (material burning) *Scorch (material burning)... A chemical reaction of the uncured rubber material begins due to high external temperatures and humidity, causing defects during molding. Improvement in yield (5% reduction in defect rate). ■Customer Feedback "Thanks to the review of the rubber material, scorching has stopped, and it has been a great help." "Thanks to this, the yield has improved, and the defect rate has decreased by 5%!" *For more details, please refer to the materials or feel free to contact us.

Sky Guard - Stopper to prevent pinching during high-altitude work

We prevent workers from being caught in accidents during high-altitude work on bridges and tunnels!

To prevent accidents where workers may be caught between the bucket of a high-altitude work vehicle and existing structures due to malfunctions of the work vehicle during inspection and investigation tasks in high places such as under bridges or inside tunnels, poles installed at the four corners of the bucket are extended vertically. This ensures that if a malfunction occurs, the poles will first make contact with the existing structures, creating a safe space within the bucket and preventing accidents. Even when the poles contact the existing structures, they are made of aluminum, which will buckle before the structures, thus preventing damage to the structures and also protecting the bucket of the high-altitude work vehicle from damage. The poles are attached to the bucket using a clamp that hooks onto the handrail, allowing for easy installation and compatibility with a wide variety of work vehicles. The poles installed at the four corners of the bucket can be extended and retracted vertically, allowing them to be stored while still attached by shortening them after work is completed, enabling the high-altitude work vehicle to move without removing them. Additionally, a net to prevent the scattering of concrete fragments is also installed to prevent falling or scattering debris. The system has obtained the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism NETIS registration number CB-160014-A.

Rubber, elastomer materials thermal mechanical analysis (TMA)

Evaluation of the expansion and contraction of rubber and elastomer materials is possible under your desired conditions!

In "Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA)," which is a type of thermal analysis, the dimensional changes such as expansion, compression, and tension of a sample are measured when the temperature changes, allowing for the evaluation of thermal properties such as linear expansion coefficient, glass transition temperature, and softening point. Differences in the flow direction of the resin during molding of resin-molded products (same material) can be confirmed by the different expansion rates and their differences. Physical changes in the sample, such as expansion and contraction due to heating, can be observed. 【Measurement Conditions】 ■ Temperature Range: -100 to 300℃ ■ Measurement Atmosphere: Air, N2 ■ Measurement Mode: Compression, Expansion, Tension, Penetration ■ Applicable Standards: JIS K7196 Penetration Mode JIS K7197, ISO11359-2 Linear Expansion Coefficient Measurement *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Rubber, elastomer materials melting point, Tg (glass transition temperature) measurement (DSC)

Evaluation of melting point (Tm), glass transition temperature (Tg), crystallinity, and specific heat of rubber and elastomer materials is possible!

Our company conducts "Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)" to evaluate the thermal properties of resin materials, such as melting point (Tm) and glass transition temperature (Tg). The measurement conditions are as follows: temperature range from -100°C to 400°C, measurement atmosphere is Air or N2, and the sample amount is 5mg. Additionally, when performing qualitative analysis of polyethylene (PE), the melting point is measured using DSC, allowing us to determine whether the material is LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) or HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) based on the differences in melting points. 【Measurement Conditions】 ■ Temperature Range: -100°C to 400°C ■ Measurement Atmosphere: Air, N2 ■ Sample Amount: 5mg ■ Applicable Standards ・JIS K7121 Transition Temperature (Melting, Crystallization, Glass Transition) ・JIS K7122 Transition Heat *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
