We received an inquiry from a client regarding a winch, and the conditions for purchase included the winch's fixation, a safety fence, and a manual wire winding instruction fixture. Ten years ago, they purchased a winch from another company, but they made the safety fence in-house and were not satisfied with the result. However, the separate product delivered this time received high praise and satisfaction, making it worthwhile.
