We would like to introduce our sample polishing machine and sample rotation machine, 'IM-P2 & SP-L1'. The "IM-P2" is a sample polishing machine that adopts an individual load method, allowing for the sequential extraction of samples that have reached the target position by grinding electronic materials and other substances down to the observation target line. The "SP-L1" is a sample rotation machine that can grind without losing the parallelism of the workpiece by rotating the holder and disk in the same direction at the same speed, based on recommended polishing theory.
