The results were good, so we introduced the items we lent out as they were! This is a case for a recycling factory.

This is an introduction to a case where our equipment was adopted at a recycling plant. Due to the urethane powder being kept wet for fire prevention, bridging frequently occurred in the chute section above the screw feeder. At the customer's request to try it out as a last resort, we promptly lent them our product. The results were favorable, and they decided to implement the borrowed equipment as is. Elimination of supply fluctuations due to the bridge.

We will introduce examples of how you used it to eliminate the instability of screw cutting amounts!

This is a case study adopted by a foundry manufacturer. It was used to resolve the instability of the screw extraction amount from the hopper caused by the formation and collapse of bridges within the hopper. Three blow disks were installed on two surfaces along the screw, 250mm above the discharge section. A controller, C-SV4, equipped with four solenoid valves, is being used. 【Case Overview】 ■ Target Material: Bentonite, etc. (mixed powder) ■ Hopper Dimensions: Approximately 1000×1300 ■ Discharge Section: Approximately 150×1300 ■ Discharge Device: Screw Feeder 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability due to the risk of foreign matter contamination. 0459 Elimination of aluminum hydroxide bridge

Introduced early and operating smoothly! Even when the hopper's slope cannot be sufficiently secured, it promotes the outflow of powder and granules.

This is an introduction to trouble cases caused by insufficient hopper inclination (rest angle) to secure hopper capacity. The user installed an upward conical part near the hopper discharge area to disperse powder pressure, but this did not resolve the issue, leading to their inquiry. Upon reviewing the hopper diagram and powder sample, we determined that there was no significant risk and provided a countermeasure proposal using our equipment. We have heard that it was implemented promptly and is now operating smoothly. 【Case Overview】 ■ Hopper: Approximately 2000×1500 ■ Inclination: Gentle surface below 50° ■ Discharge: Single-axis screw feeder ■ Material: Aluminum hydroxide powder (moisture content a few percent) ■ Control: Using a controller with 12 blow discs and 6 built-in solenoid valves, air is sequentially turned ON in pairs with a time delay. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Our website features numerous implementation examples.
