[Case Study of Scalar Robots] Electronics Industry
Building a simple screw tightening system! Low cost and short delivery times are also possible.
We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of our "scara robot" and "micro nut runner" into the electronics industry. Before the introduction, tightening was performed using electric screwdrivers by operators, which led to issues such as variability in tightening by operators and the need for monitoring the tightening torque and rotation angle. To address this, we introduced a screw tightening robot that can be constructed without a PLC. It was easy to set up and use even for customers using a nut runner for the first time. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Introduced Products: - Scara Robot - Micro Nut Runner (Handy 2000 Micro) ■ Challenges: - The need for consistent tightening without variability from operators - The necessity to consider tightening that can monitor not only torque but also rotation angle *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
