[Heat Stroke Prevention Case Study] Vehicle Maintenance Facility
The key point is that the air conditioning's cooling airflow reaches far with a large volume of air! Introduction of case studies in vehicle maintenance facilities.
This is an introduction to a case study implemented at a vehicle maintenance facility. The work inside the vehicle maintenance facility was conducted without air conditioning, but due to the ongoing extreme heat during the summer years, measures against heatstroke were being considered. As a solution, we installed one integrated spot bazooka unit in the vehicle maintenance lane, which is the main work area, and two additional integrated spot bazooka units on the opposite side. We considered various products, but after experiencing the actual machine at an exhibition, we decided on Ease's spot bazooka. The deciding factor was its high air volume, which allowed the air conditioning's cooling air to reach far away. After installation, the dry air from the dehumidification reached us, drying our sweat and creating a comfortable environment. [Implementation Overview] ■ Delivery Location: Koto Ward, Tokyo, Vehicle Maintenance Facility ■ Number of Units Installed: 7 Integrated Spot Bazooka Units ■ Installation Period: July 2020 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
