The "EXEO-CR20" is a martensitic stainless steel that achieves both high hardness and high corrosion resistance through its unique component design and dissolution technology.
In our in-house tests, we confirmed a high hardness of around 60 HRC and a tensile strength exceeding 2 GPa. Additionally, it has achieved wear resistance equivalent to SUS440C and corrosion resistance greater than SUS420J2. It also excels in fatigue strength and has excellent workability.
Leveraging its features, it can be utilized in various fields such as medical instruments and mold materials for shaping powders into tablets.
